We collect your email address when you sign up. We store your encrypted API keys (AES-256-GCM) and your conversation history. We do not collect payment information — billing is handled directly between you and each AI provider.
Your email is used solely for authentication (magic link sign-in). Your API keys are used solely to make requests to AI providers on your behalf. Your conversation history is stored to provide the history feature and is accessible only to you. To be transparent: as the operator, we have administrative database access. We operate a strict no-access policy on user conversations. We do not read them, analyse them, or share them. Our focus is not your conversations — it is to help you have better perspectives on them.
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the EU. API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. The encryption key is stored separately from your data.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (Supabase for database, Vercel for hosting). When you send a prompt, it is transmitted to the AI providers whose keys you have configured — this is the core function of the service.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at ch@miragraph.com. You may delete your conversation history directly from the app. Account deletion is available directly from the app under Settings.
We use a session cookie for authentication purposes. We also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which sets analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_8EFP568NKT) to help us understand how visitors use the site. These cookies do not identify you personally. GA4 is consent-gated — analytics cookies are only loaded after you accept via our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
